TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of arkhyron.com and the purchase of any product, package or service from Arkhyron Official Store ("Arkhyron", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Seller Information

Arkhyron Official Store is an online-only business operating through arkhyron.com. We do not operate a physical store. Contact: arkhyron@gmail.com.

2. Our Services

Arkhyron designs and develops custom websites and digital packages for game servers, gaming communities, stores and other projects. The content, features and price of each package are described on its product page. Custom requirements are agreed with you through the support ticket system before or during the work.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and a valid email address when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your Profile Settings.
  • You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to place an order.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Profile Settings.

4. Orders, Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in Euro (EUR). Any discount from a valid reference or discount code is applied automatically at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
  • Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds. You will receive a confirmation email and the purchased package will appear under My Services in your account.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; in that case any payment is refunded in full.

5. Delivery of Services

  • After purchase, the service starts with status UNDER REVIEW. We will contact you to collect the information needed to begin the work. You can follow progress updates on the service page.
  • Delivery times depend on the package and on how quickly you provide the required content and feedback. Any estimated timeframe is given in good faith and is not a guaranteed deadline unless agreed in writing.
  • You are responsible for providing content (texts, images, logos, etc.) that you have the right to use.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. By placing an order, you request that we start working on your service immediately. You acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose your right of withdrawal, and that if you withdraw after the work has started, you may have to pay for the part of the service already provided. To withdraw, contact us within the 14-day period at arkhyron@gmail.com or through a support ticket. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

  • After full payment, you receive the right to use the website or digital product delivered to you for your project.
  • Arkhyron keeps ownership of its own reusable code, templates, tools and know-how, and may reuse them in other projects.
  • We may show completed projects in our portfolio ("Our Work"). If you prefer your project not to be shown, let us know and we will remove it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website, your account or any delivered product to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, abuse the support system, or post offensive or unlawful content in comments or tickets. We may remove such content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website and services rely on third-party providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe and Resend, and delivered websites may depend on hosting, domains or platforms you choose. We are not responsible for outages, changes or fees of third-party services that are outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Arkhyron is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profits, data or business opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related service. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the revision date shown at the top. Orders are governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at arkhyron@gmail.com or through a support ticket and we will do our best to resolve it. Consumers may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.
